Mr. Dowd is a proven entrepreneur with demonstrated start-up expertise. He is responsible for company operations and bringing new technology to market. He brings over 28 years of experience to Armory and is accomplished at seeing opportunities, achieving business objectives, and delivering results. His reputation for building relationships and leading teams to success, uniquely qualifies him for his role as President and Chief Executive Officer of Armory.

With over 25 years of experience, Mr. Dwyer has led the extensive growth of Osterman & Company from a commodity trader to a full-service distribution company. A strong leader with the ability to see opportunities, develop talent, find solutions, and build consensus to drive organizational initiatives, Mr. Dwyer has created a culture focused on employee development with ethical business practices. His inquisitive nature and drive are an asset to Armory’s board of directors.

Dr. Evans has nearly 20 years of experience in physics research, numerical analysis, and continuum mechanics. A self-described ambitious researcher with a collaborative mindset and a generalist easily excited by challenging problems in technology development, he leads Armory’s technology enterprises with a wealth of knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm.

Mr. Jasmin is a transportation industry veteran with more than 30 years of experience in the sector. Climate Engineering Companies specializes in transportation-related equipment, technology, and services with the majority of work relating to cold chain management. Having worked with some of the largest distribution companies in the country, Mr. Jasmin is well placed to offer his industry expertise to the Armory Board of Directors.

As an experienced business leader and CFO, Mr. Grabell oversees the financial functions, mergers and acquisition efforts, and strategic business planning at NFI, a $3.8 billion North American third-party logistics provider. He believes in creating a culture that values the perspectives of diverse employees to drive continuous improvement, strategic planning, and financial discipline. Mr. Grabell’s passion for success – both for NFI and its customers – is a valued trait shared by Armory Technologies and its board of directors.

Dr. Silverberg brings a pedigreed academic background from Northeastern, Harvard, and Cornell Universities to the investigative helm of Armory Technologies. His dedication to solving complex scientific problems has led him to present his research on the global stage. His work has been published in 35 articles, presented in 75+ conferences, and can even be seen in a TEDx talk at Yale University.

Mr. St. Onge brings 30 years of financial, technological, and business operations experience to the Armory Board of Directors. As Armory Technologies’ Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer, he leads finance and day-to-day operations for the company. Mr. St. Onge is adept at structuring complex transactions, mapping strategy, and delivering measurable financial results. His track record of successfully growing and scaling organizations during his 23 years with BNY Mellon/Eagle Investment Systems make him an invaluable asset to the Armory Board.
